After a gentle bath in organic hard cider and 45 days of aging, Hop Along develops an apricot hue and supple, semi-firm texture. Hop Along Cowgirl Creamery – Petaluma, California Hop Along is made exclusively from Straus Family Creamery organic cow’s milk and crafted into 5 pound wheels in our Petaluma creamery. An homage to Trappist cheesemaking, Hop Along is washed in organic Apple Bite hard cider from Brittany and aged to perfection. Aromas of apple and brioche on the rind reveal a silky, semi-firm interior with a melt-in-your-mouth texture (10oz)
