Cowgirl Creamery – Petaluma, California
Wagon Wheel is a semi-firm gem, made with organic cow’s milk from Straus Family Creamery. It is the ultimate ingredient for “everyday” reci-pes that call for a good melting cheese. Wagon Wheel was Cowgirl Cream-ery’s first foray into developing a large-format aged cheese. The hefty 16 pound wheels went through extensive recipe and maturing tests to find the perfect texture, age and flavor profile.

RAGGED POINT
Stepladder Creamery - Cambria, CA
Named for the gateway to Big Sur, Ragged Point is a bloomy-rinded triple crème cow’s milk cheese. Although a distinct cream line forms as the cheese matures, the interior paste stays firm. The cheese takes on flavors of mushroom and pepper, making it the perfect foil for apples and honey. Located on the central coast of California, Stepladder Ranch was founded in 1871 and has been family-owned and operated for three generations.
