Paso Vino Stepladder Creamery • Cambria, California Located on the Central Coast of California, Stepladder Ranch was founded in 1871 and has been family owned and operated for three generations. Cheesemaker Jack Rudolph converted the ranch into a creamery and dairy, where his team makes farmstead goat cheese and buys milk from a local herd of Jersey and Holstein cows. Paso Vino is a Spanish-style cow’s milk cheese that is washed in local Syrah wine and age for 6 months. (8 oz)

Shipping Policy & Rates
Due to the perishable nature of cheese and our standards for the quality of our cheese, we ship via FedEx Overnight Monday - Wednesday. Please note the selected ship date is an estimated ship date. All orders will arrive within the selected week on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Each cheese collection is boxed and shipped individually. Shipping charges are determined by the weight of the collection. We will ship this Pioneer Provisions Collection anywhere within the Continental United States for a flat rate of $30. There is an individual charge for each collection that you order.
