The Cowgirl Party Box
All you have to handle is the invite. The Cowgirls will take care of the rest!
Red Hawk Cowgirl Creamery – Point Reyes Station, California Named for the red-tailed Hawk that soars over the dramatic, rolling sweep of the Marin Headlands, Red Hawk is a full-flavored triple-cream cheese made from organic milk provided by our neighbors at Bivalve Dairy. This rich and enticing cheese is aged six weeks and carefully washed with a salt-water brine that suffuses the rind with a sunset-orange glow and intensifies the cheese's already complex flavors. (10oz)
Humboldt Fog Mini Cypress Grove – Arcata, California One of the most unique American goat cheeses out there, Humboldt Fog is Cypress Grove's signature cheese. Elegant and luscious, this three-week old cheese pays homage to classic French Morbier by running a thin line of grey vegetable ash through its creamy, white center. As Humboldt Fog ages, its subtle tanginess grows more pronounced and a runny edge of thick and delicious ooze begins to develop under the rind and drift to the center of the cheese. Its similarity to Humboldt County's morning fog is unmistakable and lovely to behold. (16oz)
Cabot Clothbound Cheddar Cabot Creamery – Cabot, Vermont Using traditional British methods of wrapping and aging the cheese in bandages, Cabot's Clothbound Cheddar is aged for twelve months in Jasper Hill Farms' private cellars. The result is spectacular enough to garnish this cheese the Best in Show award at the 2006 American Cheese Society Competition. Sharp and creamy, this cheddar doesn't so much melt in your mouth as it does coat every surface with caramelized luxury. (8oz)
Point Reyes Original Blue Point Reyes Farmstead – Point Reyes, California The contented cows that produce the milk for this sweet and creamy blue cheese enjoy healthy pastures and spectacular views of the bay. The farm's spectacular location surely contributes to the herbal, salty flavors in the cheese. (6oz)
Creminelli Salami Creminelli – Salt Lake City, Utah Handcrafted with pride.
Panforte Napa Cakes - Napa, California The original Panforte dates back to the Roman times in Italy’s Tuscany Region. These are delicately handcrafted using premium dried fruits and nuts from California. They are then baked slowly into moist, flavorful cakes. A seasonal work of art.
Pan Forte Crostini and Cowgirl Sea Salt and Olive Oil Crackers Rustic Bakery – Larkspur, California
Striped Cheese Board Cannon Clubhouse – Warrensville, Ohio To serve the cheese in style.
Boska Monaco Knife Set Boska – Bodegraven, Holland
Cowgirl Wooden Cheese Crate with Cheese Papers To store the leftovers and to keep cheese fresh.
